writing cuda kernels for matlab code

I want to speed up a matlab code written for GPU. It will need solid experience of writing efficient matlab codes for GPU by using parallel processing and custom CUDA kernels. Since I precisely know where the code is slow, which are essentially 2-3 lines of the code, it should be a small job for a programmer experienced in this field.
