I want the the data attached (csv file) be read by C# into cascading comboboxes. Rules: - No outside library outside .net framework. -It must be windows forms. - No redundant values in the comboboxes. -You can have just one datatable (if necessary).

Hi I have rich experience on Windows driver development and .NET framework. This project is very interested to me. I know all the tricks of Windows system. I highly recommend that C++ for dll is good for this. If you want C# api, I can integrate it.
