Web scraping (simple task)

Website scraping: search for a list of companies (from Excel file) on a specific website, and then flag any instances in which a company is found. I'll need: (1) the updated Excel file, which should include a column showing in which cases there were flags (i.e., the company was found on the website) and the code used to scrap the website. Java (Eclipse) is preferred because I'm familiar with Java and therefore I can read the code, but I can consider Python or other programs. Attached is the Excel spreadsheet that shows the full list of companies (the "All" sheet). Use two alternative ways to search for companies and identify matches: (1) the first part of the "companyname" (i.e., the first string) and then (2) the first two strings. For example, for the company with the company name "AXA Rosenberg Investment Management LLC", the first method would use "AXA" to look for the company and generate a flag (i.e., "Flag1"), and the second method would use "AXA Rosenberg" to generate a separate flag (i.e., "Flag2"). I need exact matches. The Excel file also another sheet ("US only") that shows instances in which I found the company manually. This sheet can serve to double check your code is correct. For each company on the spreadsheet "All", use the "companyname" to look for instances in which the company is found on the following website: [login to view URL] Perform this task using (1) the first and then (2) the first two strings of "companyname". 2. If an exact match is found, fill the columns "Flag(1 string)" and "Flag(2 strings)". In the example above, for instance, Flag(1 string) = "Yes" if you find a match for "AXA" and Flag(2 string) = "Yes" if you find a match for "AXA Rosenberg". 3.
