Scrappy and Python expert needed

I am looking for experienced Scrappy and Python expert. The main goal of the project is to develop price monitoring application. The application’s purpose is to search the Internet (blogs, forums, ecommerce shops, Facebook and twitter (if possible)) for decreased prices of luxury goods, e.g. Gucci bag sale, Gucci bag -30%, etc. There will be no given list of web sites to check. The idea is that the application will use internet search mechanism to identify proper websites and then review its content. The search should be based on predefined list of keywords included in an input file. The file will contain a list of brands, products’ models, etc. Please find initial assumptions below: - Technology stack – python and scrappy - Server will be installed in one of public clouds (preferred OS – Windows) - Internet search agent(s) should be launched on predefined time, e.g. 3-times a week - Geographical area of search / interest is Europe and as an option US - Each search result should be reported in a file which will contain – product name, product model, price, link to web site, etc. The file should be in one of the common format which allow for further import to excel spreadsheet, sql database or to upload some data directly into website (e.g. wordpress) - Acceptance criteria and budget to be agreed
