Save and Load Profiles to browser

As discussed, I want a program to: 1. create a new user profile in Chrome / Firefox / IE, other browsers. 2. Open up selenium 3. collect all of the cookies on a specific webpage that I specify. Cookies will take time to load (sometimes many seconds, so keep this in mind) 4. export them (likely into a sqllite table) 5. Have then loaded into another Selenium browser instance. The program will work when several profiles are created / lots of cookie profiles. What I do not want is to have to revisit the pages to load the cookies. We will get confirmation that the program is working when advertisements are being shown to the profile that's loaded.
