I work for a company that sends out report cards to around 350 suppliers. The report cards are in Excel and contain around 13 tabs. Data is fed to the excel report cards by an Access database and have to be opened up and manually refreshed using the "Refresh All" button in the Data tab in excel. I want an Access database or tool that will refresh all report cards at the click of a button. My vision is that the Access database has a main screen with only 2 buttons. One being the Refresh All button and the second button opening up a list of all the links to the report card. This list can be edited as needed, with records being added or deleted as well. The database would update the report cards based on their link address.
