Modify existing code to retrieve and persistently store data in Azure Table Storage

I am using an open source project that retrieves json data from a web service and stores that in a file. The json data that is returned has a time element associated with it, so when the service is hit at time A, the data returned will be different than the data returned at time B. I need someone to modify this code to retrieve the data from the web service, and store it in Azure Table Storage. Then I need an additional way to update the data for future data points. For example, if I pull data from the web service at 1:00pm on May 18, 2018, and the web service returns data for the past 30 days and stores it; then I pull data again at 1:00pm on May 28, 2018 (10 days later) and the web service returns data for the past 30 days, I need Azure Table Storage to contain data for the last 40 days. This is a very small project, and should be able to be done quickly. Max budget for this is $100, but again, it shouldn't be much work.
