You should have a good understanding on: Spoken & Written English How Development Platforms & Programming Languages work Web Hosting Management CMS like WordPress & Magento Responsibilities include but not limited to: Understand IT issues raised Find creative solutions to IT issues Suggest IT Solutions & Tools Hire & Communicate with Developers to resolve IT issues Proactively address IT issues & Downtimes
