Image and Sound detection Application

A Python application is needed. The goal of the application is to detect video image and audio inputs for certain events. The application should run on multiple platforms mainly (Linux and Windows). It should be able to run on minimal hardware requirements such as SBC. Specifications include: - User Interface (Qt) ○ Adjust video parameters ○ Adjust Audio parameters ○ Show received video ○ Show histogram, spectrogram and other audio graphs - Video Analysis (for example Yolo,OpenCV,TensorFlow) ○ Detect set of defined objects ○ Add objects as needed ○ Log detections events to console and database ○ Hardware configuration ○ Configure events detection response - Audio Analysis (pyaudio and etc.) ○ Detect set of predefined sounds (car, airplane, etc.) ○ Add audio pattern as needed ○ Log detections events to console and database ○ Hardware configuration ○ Configure events detection response NOTE: Please make sure that your bid is final.
