Full-stack Python Developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer, front-end & back-end developer, for a long term; It would also involve some machine learning. Our mission: Using proprietary cutting edge technologies with statistical analysis, data science and Big Data Advantage. Responsibilities: Contribute to architectural design of the platform Execute full lifecycle software development Write well designed, testable, efficient code Determine operational feasibility Work together with QA to develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures Document code and maintain software functionality Suggesting solutions based on high level specification Proactively analyze, diagnose, and resolve software bugs Comply with project plans and industry standards Required Skills/Characteristics: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a small team and strong teamwork ethic Excellent English communication skills Passion and enthusiasm for creating amazing software Strongly motivated by opportunities to positively impact the direction of the company and product Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs Proficient in Python and Git/Bitbucket Desired Skills/Characteristics: Experience in AWS type systems Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment Familiar with Big Data / Data Science type applications Experience implementing microservices in a distributed environment Familiarity with system architectures Experience with relational, document, and object databases Additional Skills/Characteristics: Minimum 2+ years software development experience with relevant technologies Experience in analytics, management systems and other relevant statistical analysis Experience using PyCharm (or state what it’s your comfortable with or currently using) Broad technical software and/or systems experience coupled with strong interest in growing skills and gaining experience depth (Removed by Freelancer.com admin)
