I have gone through the attached document. 1-Is there any way to automatically calculate or run all the conditions and update all the rows and lines after the selected row? it can be done by manipulating in the code, loop through each row after the current row and do the calculation based upon the stuff in relevant columns. Been in software development since 1995. Have developed commercial accounting systems for institutions (Modular ERP) , Petrol Station Systems, Payroll Systems, Radio communication systems (telemetric) for security firms, Chaotic systems simulations. The applications use access as front-end and either MS Access or MS SQL server for back-end with background processes (dlls and services) in either VB6, vb .net or C++. I have always used MS Access for front-end because of RAD features. In my applications, I implement the business logic at the back-end level as opposed to the front -end using table relationships and triggers/data macros. Additionally, a service or a background service to handle other business logic and query notifications.
