hello, im experienced IT professional who would probably be able to help you :) I did vba scripts many times before with various scenarios. I think that this one wouldnt be much complicated. I have just a couple of questions to fully understand the matter: 1. My understanding is that you want the files to be deleted/cleaned when some given date comes - this should happen automatically or be triggered by some button placed in any VBA "aware" place like excel document ? 2. Those filles in question - are only a set of files with specific names or location , like the same folder etc 3. Have you considered any other tool like Powershell to handle the task? cheers, Pawel
