Build OpenGL AR interface for Pilot cockpit (POC)

We're looking for assistance in building a visualization of Time- and Geo-referenced elements overlaid on a streaming video to mimic what and AR interface would look like for a pilot flying in the airspace. It's currently being prototyped in Python but we could use assistance from someone with more OpenGL expertise to speed up the POC demonstrator. We're looking for a San Francisco local candidate.
