I am AWS certified professional with well over 4yrs experience in design and development of applications using AWS, Docker. I architect for application end to end with deployment strategy in AWS. Some of the services I have worked on but not limited to: S3, API gateway, EC2, Dynamodb, RDS, Cloud formation, lambda, Lex. Hi, I have experience of developing complex AWS Connect Centers, backed with AWS Lambda, Lex and DynamoDB. I have developed complete virtual call centers including Lex NLU to recognize speech and respond using Lex AI. The Lex bot can be hosted on various platforms including websites (Text Based), mobiles(Text and voice Based) and AWS Connect (ASR, IVR, NLU). The Lex works on a slot based utterance framework which is driven by AWS Alexa and AI to understand user Intent and responds accordingly establishing a natural chat impression. I can deliver a demo of a call center and a Lex chatbot through a US based toll free number as well (If required) and show you the screen cast of some work I did before right from my AWS account.
