We will be building a full blown application to be used internally once this simple part is completed. A simple interface is required to input a few fields records to be saved to a local database. Project will be awarded to the person detailing used technologies and lowest bidder. I suggest you ignore estimated budget as this simple task will grow to be a full blown project.
