I have reviewed the MYOB API documentation ([login to view URL]) and am confident I can provide you a direct link to your MYOB. I think that there is likely a benefit in writing a VBA Code that will sit within the original Excel file, and rather than using the current exportation to TXT file, it would directly send the information to MYOB. This is because there will be a requirement to obtain the unique 'User ID' values for each employee from the MYOB database prior to being able to upload their timesheet information. In case you are wondering, I have extensive experience in working with APIs within VBA Code. I have previously developed solutions involving multiple disparate Betting websites, Twitter and various other APIs. I am familiar with the authentication policy used by MYOB and can easily code in the connection to your account. For your peace of mind, I offer complete support post delivery...in that if there are any errors that are found after project completion, I fix them for free (providing that they aren't due to changes in the API, etc).

Hi, I don't see the API supports direct uploading of text file to cloud. You may be using their web form to upload file or text data. To upload through API, there will need to convert data into json format. I have other solution too, if you are interested. Through VBA, I will automate the browser, which will login to their form and upload file automatically, without any user interaction. I will further look into their api, if they have any other way.
