So, first: For this project, If you have a team or can find a team in your country that could help you, please let me know. That will make everything easier and will increase ur possibilities.
The project objective is to design an exoskeleton for people who cant walk. It will require knowledge in robotics, engineering, artificial intelligence, neural networks, electronics, material science, etc.
If you dont have all the knowledge for this, what is possible you dont, let me know what you can do. That way, if needed, I can make a team, instead of just hire one person. Budget was placed as reference. Tell me your fee, but consider realistic numbers. But try to place a very real bid.
Remember, this isnt just make a 3D design, it require real knowledge because after completed, it need to be manufactured.

This summer I was working as an intern at a Spanish company, Epic Power. I was in charge of modeling the aging of an ultracap battery in Simulink and Matlab. I gained a lot of knowledge in energy storage with the ultracapacitors, which is probably a good choice for this project. I would like to work with my partner on this project. I am great with CAD and he is good in FEA i.e. Finite Element Analysis. Fees of both are included. We generally do projects in teams, I create design in PTC Creo software and then do preliminary analysis using inbuilt solver, do material changes and design optimization and them send the converted file to the analysis guy. He then validates my design using ANSYS software. We do enough brain storming before selecting various parameters of our design. I have worked on several projects and you can rely on us for your CAD/FEA needs.
Also I do have foundation knowledge of Electronics and have worked with robotics. But my knowledge is limited to AVR Atmel series micro-controllers. I can also help you to design PCB in Proteus ISIS software its mainly used for wire routing and circuit design and simulation. I have kept my duration 30 days and would be glad to extend it if you want. We would be happy to analyze your entire project n number of times!
