Hello, I was working with ParlayX protocol long time ago in a project for a telecommunication company. It is useful for marketing campaigns and bulk SMS sending. For the Phase 1. I suggest to make a WCF service in session mode type Single or PerSession because of the requirement of receiving USSD notifications. The connection must be active all the time and this is in general a matter of settings and permissions on the hosting side. For Phase 2 I suggest to make an windows tray application that will be always on in background for getting notifications. For the project development I will need your hosting or I can use mine and then can transfer everything to your side once it is done. Kind Regards, Patrik Fatoric

I have coded things like this before. My "Windows desktop recruitement system" (details in profile), candidates could receive an SMS when some important change was made in his profile, ParlayX with Ozeki NG SMS was used. I have not understood if you have the server to host the web service or not. In any case, I can also configure a windows server for this, installing all software needed, a common job for me.
