Urgently seeking for Social Media Specialist

The successful incumbent will be responsible for establishing the entire digital and social media strategy which includes content strategy development and brand awareness. The Social Media specialist is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership. This position is open for Internship, Freelancer and Part-time. Responsibilities: - Manage and execution of day-to-day operations of social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and Instagram. - Communicating in Arabic and English in a professional and clear manner on the various platforms. - Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target customers to and lead generation. - Advise and develop the best copy, image approaches to maximise campaign success - Conduct competitive benchmarking and selection for campaigns - Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns - Research, evaluate and propose new opportunities to increase ROI prepare detailed strategy reports - Engaging influencers on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram specifically. - Posting on LinkedIn and Facebook and finding new ways to leverage LinkedIn and Facebook. - Coordinate with the marketing team in implementing Social Media SEO tactics that is aligned with overall strategy. - Experience in using Social Media tools is required, such as; Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Crowdbooster. - Writing blog posts to highlight key products on a regular basis. - Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis. - Ensure social media guidelines, best practices, and processes are followed at all times. Required Skills: - Experience in establishing and implementing a specific Social Media strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, etc. - A self-starter who pays strong attention to detail and possesses excellent analytical skills. - Experience with web analytics - Knowledge of/experience with remarketing lists and audiences - Comfortable with tag management and implementation - Ability to compile and analyse performance data metrics, make highly informed decisions based on analysis
