Dear Hiring Manager, I have been working for different stores in Shopify for past 3+ years. My jobs and Duties Includes: Manage all retail and wholesale orders in Shopify and Shipstation. Oversee warehouse functions to maintain quality of order fulfillment. Plan out the execution and order fulfillment of new and complicated merchandise. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and fulfilled promptly. Coordinate and expedite the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of products. Respond to customers’ inquiries promptly via phone or e-mail with exceptional customer service skills. Stock, organize, count, and order product and supply inventories as needed. Complete forms and other necessary documentation. Organize work area for efficiency and orderliness at all times. Monitor site performance and identify any issues and make improvements that impact sales and consumer/retailer satisfaction. Maintain expert level understanding of online back end software (Shopify) and Shipstation Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the website including shipping methods (UPS, ship-to-store, In-Store Pickup), payment methods, order fulfillment, customer service and defect resolution.
