context menu customization

I frequently receive folder or file paths that I need to go to. I usually have to open a new explorer window, paste the path in, hit enter, wait for the folder or file to load. Ideally I would only have to highlighted or copy the path into my clipboard and then use the context menu to go to the path. Can this be done? I think I just need a reg file.
