SEO - Established Flash Game Website

I have an established website which focuses on flash games. I've been operating it for over 3 years and currently receive around 32,000 unique visitors per month. I want to take my site to 'the next level' and need an EXPERT SEO person to help me with everything from analysis / optimization of my site to getting my site onto the top Google listings for common flash game site keywords. I'm looking to achieve 10,000 unique visitors daily. I've done very little SEO over the years, and have relied on making / sponsoring flash games for the bulk of my traffic. I currently am not optimized for keywords that people would use to generically find online games. ***IMPORTANT*** My website is my brand. I create flash games for income and my website acts as my developer portal. It is essential for my site and it's image to remain professional. SEO ethics are very important to me. Offer me a list of keywords for discussion, to use towards optimizing to reach my goal of 10,000 unique visitors daily. 4. Dedicate the time needed to perform SEO for my site with ethical & accepted methods. I understand that this cannot be done in a week, so a price breakdown over several months would be an asset when bidding. My budget is flexible depending on skill and services provided, and I am expecting to see monthly charges / estimates. If the candidate performs well, I have other sites & partners that need SEO work done.
