Quick tip: in order for your positive reviews to appear on top, you could ask your employees or friends to like them. There's a like button under each review, the more likes they receive, the more relevant they are considered, thus showing up higher.
Now, in order to make negative reviews disappear/irrelevant, we can try the following:
- respond in a professional manner/flag them as inappropriate
- a constant flow of positive reviews
For the latter, I can help you with a beautiful system that allows the following:
- sign-in form to be filled-in whenever a customer books your services
- a feedback page to be sent via Email - when you finish a job
- if feedback is positive - 4 or 5 stars -> redirect them to a page where we prompt them to share their feedback on Google, Yelp, Facebook or any other platform we setup
- if feedback is negative -> redirect them to a DIFFERENT page and ask them more about what went wrong
- QR codes to be displayed everywhere at your location, so people know they can leave a public review
- email short sequence to persuade them if they don't share right away
Goals: exploit every opportunity to get a review, and avoid bad comments to go online.
Setup for the above will be ready in 7 days. We will also have a monthly fee for platform monitor, updates, email storage and review response.
Please send a link to your website so I can prepare a demo for you.
All the best,
