Looking For Email Outreach Manager With Experience Using BuzzStream

I won’t go into heavy details about what this job is, since the person I’m looking to hire is already familiar and has experience doing this type of work. Basically I run link building campaigns for clients using email outreach as a means to contact website/blog owners in order to persuade/negotiate them to accept a guest post, a link recommendation on their resource page, an infographic pitch, a sponsored post, and a couple other methods used to acquire links. I have email templates setup already for when you first contact these sites, and for following up when we don’t receive a response. But it’s up to you and your people/persuasion skills to be able to know how to reply to these contacts when we get a response. I also have some guidelines/training materials that show you how you’ll be running the outreach campaigns. From deciding which email templates to use, to properly recording which stage of the outreach process each contact is at. In Order To Qualify For The Job: - You must have experience using BuzzStream and know how to efficiently run outreach campaigns by yourself using the tool. - You’re available during normal working hours (9-5 Mon-Fri / typically someone living in the U.S. or Canada). - English is your first language, and you have perfect grammar. - SEO knowledge not a must-have, but helpful. Characteristics/Skills You Should Have: Persuasive verbal and writing skills - At the end of the day, we’re selling ideas to these website owners. Being able to tell them what they want to hear will help increase our “sales”. Near-obsessive organizational skills - There’s a lot of moving parts when managing multiple outreach campaigns and staying on top of dozens of emails at a time. Being able to keep everything organized and under control will prevent us from missing out on valuable link opportunities. Persistence/Curiosity - Someone who constantly asks, why, and doesn’t easily take “no” for an answer. If a contact rejects our offer, is there another angle or link opportunity we can pitch? If a contacts email address isn’t working, is there another way to contact them or find a different email? Social Skills/Empathy - Being tactful and persuasive while still remaining personable and sincere during your email conversations will go a long way in the success of the outreach. “Successful link builders have mastered the art of subtly manipulating people into doing what they want, with a smile on their face and sincerity in their hearts”. Creative/Self-Starter - Being able to see different link angles and opportunities when doing outreach. Being able to personalize emails based on what you see on their website. Come up with new pitch ideas based on previous responses. Not just mindlessly sending email templates, but always trying to think of better ways to improve the system. Currently I’m looking to hire someone who can put in 1-2 hours a day Mon-Fri as a trial. Then if you’re kickin’ ass I’ll get you managing more campaigns.
