Install Web Apps to Heroku

Dear Patrick, since I am new here, I will do this for you quickly for almost nothing. I have over 6 years experience programming in general, 2+ as a freelancer, most of which I worked with Ruby on Rails, C++, Java, PHP and JavaScript. I also wrote code in lots of other languages, you can see details in my profile. I used Heroku for Rails before and of course GitHub too. This should take less than a day, maybe a bit more depending on how quickly I get your response.
