City population and average income project 5/24/17

Hello, for this project we need the population and average household income for each of the 1300 cities that are named in column "O" of the spreadsheet entered into the "population" column (column R) and "average household income" column (column S) which are both highlighted in yellow. We were using the following link to obtain the city population and average household income for each city but currently that site is under maintnance: [login to view URL] However, you can use any source to gather the population and average household income as long as the source is accurate. We will be checking that data for accuracy and will not pay for the project completion and will not pay until accuracy is verified. We will need to know what site you are going to use and if you will be manually looking them up or if you will write code to web scrape. We need this completed by tomorrow, which means in less than one day. In order for us to consider hiring you, we will need you to confirm in a message, "I understand your project and yes I can finish this in less than I day." This project will pay $60 and if finished in less than 12 hours there will be a $20 tip.
