Write some python Software

Hi, i need a script that can do following task i am trying to explain as much as possible I have bunch of html files that i want to upload on blogger so, script should open blogger login open the blog Get Solution Posts New Post Html Remove all the previous codes Now.............. go to the directory where my html files are saved Now open an html file copy the inside codes Now paste it to the blogger edittor and at the bottom add some costimized texts right now i am unable to post here Now go to normal editor of the blogger and copy first 50 words and paste it into the Post title Then click on publish at the end delete the html file that is copied earlier This cycle should repeat till the all the html files are posted Budget is limitted only $15 any bid above this will be rejected
