To use Amazon aws API from a Phyton web service

We need someone expert on Linux, Phyton and AWS in order to be able to consume Amazon's AWS API from our server with a Phyton script. Our code runs just fine when ran from the command prompt, but not when ran from the Phyton script, which is located on an Amazon virtual server.
