Python script to automate data download from a website and dump into the Database

I am looking for somebody who has experience and well skilled in python to develop us a script that can automatically download some files using a date. What I need from a freelancer? 1. Write a python script that will scrape the data from below websites. 2. Each url will import into a separate table 3. The scraped data is to be stored onto a mysql or any database daily, each day appending on the next row 3. have a cron schedule to scrape these information daily into a mysql/MSSQL database 4. There should be an option to select the start date as an optional or it will take from the last downloaded date by default. Where the data can be found? 1. The date format should match with any readable database date format
