Hello, This is the original images, or do you have another pdf or image file? You want to get the names of "ingredients" right? but it is really small and hard to detect, otherwise opencv and tenserflow I can detect writtings from the pdf or image. Best

Hi, To get the tables from the images, there are various libraries in both nodejs and python but they are not as successful because of their inherit limitations. I would suggest you to use Amazon tesseract for this task as it is ML and AI driven which will give you accurate result. Regards, Mohit
