Customize Telegram "Add Members To Your Groups" Script!

Hey! I have limited knowledge in Python and I need some help. I've located and began to barely optimize script that successfully adds already scraped users to any Telegram Group of your choice. I'd like to add the following items to this script to help achieve the goal that I want. 1. Peer Flood Prevention - Input a condition that prevents the user from making too frequent, and too many api requests so that the Telegram Account inviting users doesn't get banned. 2. User Invite Max - input a condition that caps out the user at inviting 49 members to the group of choice 3. Delete Users - Input a condition that deletes users from the CSV file that was created during the scrape, while running the add members script. I look forward to talking more about this!
