Configure existing Machine Learning Model in the cloud to process uploaded video & images

I have a working Tensorflow Model that I want to configure on Google Cloud ML It has been loaded to the ML Engine Need someone to configure this to be run when we upload a video. Will need to set up Google cloud functions, pubsub, storage and Google ML Engine and configure them to process jobs (some of this is already done but there are a few steps to complete and maybe some python changes needed to adapt for cloud functions vs running on a dedicated server)
