Hi! I need some help with my English writing. English is my second language and I have an English exam in one month. Therefor I am looking for an “English teacher” for the next month. Once in a while I will make a text about a random topic and then send it to you. Your job then is to comment my text and provide me feedback on what I should do to make my English writing better. The content in the text doesn’t really matter. It is more on how I write. Give me feedback that will make my text look much more professional. An example: Why is it that more than 350 million people have English as their first or second language? Why is English is a world language? In this article I am going to talk about why English is a world language, and why it is so important in today’s community. Here you could write: Try not to use the word “why” so much! It makes the text much more immature. Use more synonyms to make the text a little more professional. You could for instance write something like this instead. Today more than 350 million people have English as their primary or secondary language. How come English is a lingua franca? In this article I am going to talk about English as a world language, and why it is so important in todays community. I will add a text to this project. The person that gives me the best feedback on this text will get the job as my “English teacher” for the next month. Thanks
