Hello create SWI-Prolog Application to save student Questionnaires contain ( -student info ("Name, study year, Mobile, Email,Department") - talents "add more than one" - hobbies "add more than one" - program administrator will be able add above items to DB program administrator can search in program by - student Name, student Email, or student mobile, talents, talents -Search by Questionnaires date or Department Reports Administrator can See Questionnaires Statistics (with Questionnaires Filter, specific day,year, Department) Note: we need the Design for Home page, Add Questionnaire age, and Search page in the next day then we can gave the app about two or three weeks
