Hunting club stand map via google maps

MMHC google services map request over view. My hunting club has 3000 acres covering a mountain range, clear-cuts, and hardwood bottoms. We are currently experiencing headaches around violations of stand proximity. Our bylaws state that all stands must be 250 yards away from each other as the crow flies. Each member of our 36-member club gets a maximum of 4 stands. We often find conflicting stands which lead to a management headache. To solve that problem, we want to have a service developed using google maps that will plot all stands and create radius or buffer zones to identify problem areas. Project requirements. Input: Google sheet input to plot stands and generate the associated buffers or radius zones. Template should look similar the following. Name Phone Stand 1 coordinates Stand 2 coordinates Stand 3 coordinates Stand 4 coordinates Notes / Stand placement dates Note that we want the ability to have 50+ rows if needed Output: The map created must be a google interactive map. The map must be linkable or easily displayed on a webpage or Facebook page. Pins should represent the stands when a pin is clicked we want the following information to be displayed: Name Phone number Stand number and coordinates notes Around each pin should be a buffer of 250 yards shaded by a semitransparent color if possible. We also require the ability to add a layer consisting of our claims boundary line. End of work Bonus opportunities: 1. The ability to find all stands associated with a person in the map view window. 2. The ability to click the map and view a temporary 250-yard buffer.
