I need a desktop/web application that can take in a QR code input using a QR Code scanner from an ID Card, then it can print the details of the QR Code on a pop-up and state (VERIFIED STAFF) at the bottom of the printed text. The QR Codes contain 2 unique IDs, The first unique ID is that staff ID of the card holder and the second is an encrypted coded ID that the desktop/web app should be able to recognize and then verify or not verify the ID to separate originals from fakes.
