Hi there, Please bid if you are experienced in this project. The project brief is with me, I will only pass it to you if you show me sample of your previous work and able to work with the stated deadline. The following are general requirements from IMU Healthcare (hospital database management project): i) Using mainly PHP and MySQL ii) Deliver the project latest or by 21 December 2014. Test will be performed and launched officially on 1 Jan 2015. iii) IMU Healthcare possesses the source code of the web application iv) Structure, controls, functions, layouts and others are presented from page 3 to 27. v) The following applies to the entire web application: In the event that a user failed to add or save a new transaction (eg: billing) due to certain criteria is not met, all the inputs should remain at the existing columns, instead of all the fields becoming blanks (to prevent re-entering the same set of data and re-save again.) vi) All reports are exportable into spreadsheet, Excel or CSV format. vii) Username will be recorded or captured into the database (system) whenever a user perform an entry
