Write some Software-Wordpress

Please read carefully. I will only respond to human bids, please let me know you're human at the beginning of your response. If you think the work is worth more please also indicate that. Also, I will create an initial milestone payment of your choosing in good faith to get the work started but will not release it until i see some code working and I will not create any other payments until the work has been completed. I have a Wordpress site with just one form that sends emails to cell phones. (number @ [login to view URL] for Example for verizon). The required changes are: 1. Modify form to make it look as a smartphone (add background) 2. Modify form to show 'sender' name instead of host provider (currently using BlueHost) 3. Create validation code for phone number fields including USA Phone Number Mask and limit digits. 4. Create registration page that creates email address on system to allow receiving of email messages. Wordpress backend is required running PHP code- but not interested in reinventing the wheel with a standalone PHP page outside of Wordpress.
