Write some Software

I have a program to be written so that it can be an online cloud-based software program. Presently works as an excel template - so the logic from this, should be able to be transferred to software. I am open to software programs for it to be written in, so long as it works will online,and it will be future proofed - I don't think it is too complicated, but I would like the following options built in: - To be able to offer a free trial period. - For users to be able to print reports in PDF format. - Users to be able to put their own personal business name and logo of the reports - as if it were their own software. Have an import feature to be able to import from the likes of Sage, Quickbooks, Zero accounts packages. - The ability to have it as either single user or multi user, with relevant pricing for the different licences. - To be able to limit users to number of clients too in terms of pricing - e.g. up to say 10 clients is £x, 10-25 clients is £y, etc. - The software needs to be able to sit behind a WordPress website, which I am happy and capable of building myself - this part we can work together on to integrate. - You will be happy to provide on-going support and updates, as and when these arise - of course updates will be on a paid-for basis. I would expect that once it is being used, clients will asked for new features. - Once written, the code and software will become my IP and all rights will be mine. - My time-scale is 2-3 weeks. I don't want to give too much away in this brief about exactly what the software does, but essentially, the user will enter a business trial balance (or profit and loss and balance sheet), which could also be imported, as previously mentioned. The software will then have ways of working with these numbers in specific ways after entering a few pieces of key business data. I hope this is enough information to provide a quote.
