WordPress "redesign" my old site Home Page - no coding needed

I have a Tech site that is pretty old and tired looking. I would like to rebuild it using a WordPress template of some sort. What I am looking for is someone with a Flair for designing the layout and flow, images and nice page effects, images that appear as you scroll down the page and so on. Can be done by Photoshop or a WordPress draft. Primarily the Home Page design at this stage, and a template layout for the other pages. You would suggest a couple of suitable Templates and then come up with how it should look and feel and run and suggested banner images etc. I will do the back-end Wordpress work in the template adding the content and so on (perhaps you can if you want to depending on the cost) Primarily I am after the overall look and feel of a site Home Page that will impress visitors for a Corporate company that deals in secure biometrics software solutions.
