Hello, we currently use a great plugin. But there is one feature we would love to see incorporated into this plugin, as we use it on the old system and we want it on the new one too. The plugin is called "LatePoint" [login to view URL] I have got in touch with the developers directly but as the feature I am after is not requested enough it's not something the plan to incorporate soon. So I need to find my own solution. What we basically need want is, if somebody has a date & time range they really really want an appointment but we're fully booked. They can set up an "Cancellation Watch Notification" So if anyone was to cancel their appointment, they would be notified that a space has opened up in the time range they set. Not only does this keep our appointments full, it helps our clients too. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT FOR JOB IF YOU JUST PLAN TO COPY AND PASTE YOUR PROPOSAL.
