Wordpress ListingPro Developer - Investment Directory

Our company is building a directory that will become the #1 investment website in Australia. The website needs to enable investors to search investment opportunities including investment products, investment advisers, funds, investment companies etc. Those looking for funding should be able to upload their investment opportunities for a fee. We have downloaded and installed ListingPro as this seems to be the most suitable tool on the market. We need someone who can do the following - - Logo installation - Theme & layout customisation - Setup categories - Customise the search function on the Home page (we need around 5-6 options and an advanced search function, including Investment Amount, Term, Investment Type, Industry) - Add a couple of tabs above the search tool on the Home page similar to [login to view URL] which enables visitors to search for different categories of products (e.g. bank products, funds, advisers & planners, investment companies) - Have a different application form for those listing in these different categories, and a slightly different layout for these (it's almost like having a couple of directories in one) - Ensure the payment gateway is linked up - Set up the billing to include Goods & Services Tax (GST - 10%) - Install a Mobile App plug-in so a mobile version can be created - Customise the Mobile App to our requirements (this can be a separate project) - Set up a couple of different layouts/fields for listings (e.g. the Financial Planners section will have different fields to the Investment Funds section) - Help us edit the wording and layout of the various functions (e.g. sign-up, edit listing etc.) - Setup a File Upload feature for each listing that can be used to upload Investment Brochures etc. - Set up an email template and help us customise the wording - Provide training and ongoing support The website will be getting a significant amount of attention relatively quickly. Fast turnaround is a must. We are Melbourne-based. Video conference with screenshare would be useful to step you through the changes required. I used to run a web marketing group so will be able to provide clear instructions. Please advise if you are freelance or have a team for redundancy. Experience with ListingPro is a must.
