Wordpress Cache Preventing Page View and Like Counter

I am currently running an adult site that hosts videos for users. The site is using Wordpress to run. When I enable a Cache plugin such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, the video views counter is not working for my current theme. The view and like counter is based on the user cookies and I need it to load through AJAX or something else.
