Where are my Items + time manager

The work flow is: · Project manager add item in the the system, with stock control. Only manager is permitted to add product. · Client calls in and want to rent the item. · Project manager add this item to the client‘s account · Project manager can add a ticket to a driver (if the product is not picked up by customer), that drives the item to the customer, when ticket is created driver gets notification in email and chat telling him to go and deliver that product. · The customer have the item rented for x days or months. Then he calls the Project manager and ask for a pick up. The project manager make a ticket to the driver · The driver pick up the Item. · There must be a statistics page, where admins can see list of all rented products, preferred in a calendar view. · Admins should be able to see status on each workorder in a list, if its open, waiting for pickup, closed and so on. · Admins should be able to change the name of the status (meaning the spelling of the status) Time manager. For workers that works out site. They can write down their's time into this system and the manager can see how much time they have billed out, to day, week - month and so on... They can also sell Items in this "Time manager". The Project manager will then print out form, that shows per customer, all the work and Items that should be billed out. The system has to be able to handle multiply customers.
