Website Scraping + Automatic Email

stockspikes2017 My last job here on Freelancer also required scraping. I did it with C#, providing a user interface. I could also do it with Python if preferred. Either way, I know of free libraries for both languages which I can use to send emails directly from the script. I can also provide a configuration file that you can edit to alter the filters and mailing list. Furthermore, I could also host the script if needed. I may change my bid if you reveal more requirements, but with what I've read so far its not a very big project. I could easily have it done tonight or tomorrow.
