Website + Algorithm Project

Hello, My business partner and I are looking to have an MVC or MVP developed. The goal of the project is to present the user with a number of questions, and then give them a product recommendation based on the survey inputs. The product recommendation will be given based on a scoring system that is calculated based on the survey inputs. Project Keys: The survey questions must be adaptable (we must have the ability to add or remove certain questions). Certain survey questions will be dependent on the answers to prior questions Questions will have the user rank their preferences, select “yes / no”, and perhaps give numerical data. This information will be posted to the database, and scores will be given for the relative "match" of the products to the user preferences. While this appears to simple product filtering project, we would like the survey recommendation to be driven by calculations This project will be linked to Wordpress, and we would like a basic site developed We are open to a number of options as to how to accomplish this, but please specify what approach you would use in your bid (our first thought is to use some combination of Python / Django / MySQL). Looking for price quotes + basic structure of how you (as a developer) would approach this. Thank you.
