Virtual Robots and Environment

Hello, I am seeking development of cloud based virtual robots. Each robot needs the ability to be dedicated to a particular url and will be tasked with filling event listing fields. Robots will be activated based on geo, i.e. when a event comes through that a particular robot is assigned it spools up and completes the form its been dedicated to. Once complete it falls back asleep. Backend needs to be simple and well designed and include some of the following built in functionality. Create New Robot Assign to URL List fields to be populated If needed be assigned a user account and password to access assigned url Should be able to name each robot and be alerted if name is taken ability to search for robots by name or keyword ability to edit robot after creation / assignment Also need an environment for the robots to reside and be managed, activated and plug into for the geo notification mentioned above. Assume the environment will be fed by an api feed. When this data is received, will need to be processed and distributed to robots. The robot or multiple robots which matches with the geo in the data will be activated and complete their assigned tasks (filling forms) Also need the ability to pull reports by geo and or by date. Also by keyword. Need to record the date of form completion. List of all forms completed for a particular keyword. Automated Reports Whenever a data feed come and robots are activated, all robots which were activated are fed into a report which will show all form submissions. Also need the above to be filtered by a date or date range.
