WP venue manager will be based on a combination of features from: All in one event manager [login to view URL] Event manager [login to view URL] But will also require the following additions as primary requirements: 1. Guarantee of 100 % accessibility for users of assistive technology such as screen-readers like JAWS and magnifiers such as Zoomtext. 2. Fully responsive. 3. Ability to import and automatically assign information from an Excel spreadsheet and Word document. Design will be split as: 1. Free plugin including license key generator that will allow management of a single venue. 2. Paid plugin that will allow both single and multi-venue management. 3. Monthly paid membership that will include, all updates, 24/7 support, and one free theme template per month with the initial purchase providing a launch pack. Themes will be complete site wide installs for a specific venue management theme such as club, restaurant, hotel, ETC. You will be required to provide an initial step-by-step implementation plan for the entire project including specific milestones, provide regular plugin updates, provide full technical support, and provide themes on an on-going basis. Quotes should be for the initial 2 plugins, I.E. one free and one paid, with a proposal on a monthly costing for on-going contents and support.

Hi, To make this venue manager plug-in, we shall do the following : 1) Create an SRS at first to make sure the scope of work lies to the point as per our conclusion. 2) We recommend to make this plug-in CPT ( Custom Post Type) 3) I would like to know the platforms for which the plug-in shall be suitable i.e. CMS 4) Any preference on the languages ?
