Using Redis Cache to optimize a MyBB forum with MySQL

Hi, I have experience with redis and cache of db requests. I can install and setup redis, might help to keep php sessions in a redis db to speed up things even more. We'll need a cache class and methods to bust cache on update and define cache time, if that is not critical can set a fixed time cache.
