Update QR/Barcode Scanner Across Mobile Devices

I have a ticketing web application that needs to have a better check-in QR/barcode scanner. It currently scans 1D/2D barcodes fine using desktop/laptop browsers but very slow. The issues that need fixing: - Fast check-in process - Must work in low/dark light settings - Must work on the latest mobile devices iphone/ipad/android - Must be easy to maintain and update to latest ios and android releases Currently developed in Laravel / php. It also needs to scan fast without any delay. Similar to Eventbrite ticket scanner. Please include an estimated time of how long it will take to complete the task. Send your github or some place to view your coding as well. I've attached the files used for the scanning function including the template blade. It's from [login to view URL] but hasn't been updated for quite some time now.
